Our story in Kisumu
Pan Eyebrow Alley has worked with county offices and public service points since 2011.
Those clients rarely have a second terminal to fall back on, so the response window is the whole contract.
We quote windows we can meet from Kisumu with our own staff — four working hours in town, next working day for the outer counties — and we publish the achievement figure every quarter rather than describe it in adjectives.
